SHIPPING INFORMATION


HOLIDAY ORDERS

  • Shipping: To receive your order by Christmas, place your order by December 16 for shipping to the Midwest / East Coast and by December 19 for shipping to the West Coast.
  • In-Store Pick-Up: Pick up your order any time before 5pm on December 24! We're closed December 25, but will re-open as usual on December 26.


U.S. SHIPPING

  • Orders under $100: Standard shipping is $6.95
  • Orders over $100: Standard shipping is FREE
    (Order total must exceed $100 prior to tax or shipping charges. Applies to U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversize items.)
  • UPGRADES: Expedite your shipment and/or upgrade your shipping service to UPS for an additional fee. Cost will be quoted at checkout.


STORE PICK-UP

  • LA Phil Store: Pick-up service available during regular business hours (10am - 5pm daily and concert nights).

  • The Bowl Store: Pick-up service available during the open season's regular business hours (open at 5pm on concert nights only).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While our online store is unable to accept international payments at this time, you can place your order over the phone. Shipping is $35 flat rate for orders outside of the continental U.S.
