If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in the form or your original payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product must be in its original product packaging and in salable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the LA Phil Store immediately, email@example.com or 213-972-3440. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged. Open CDs, CD-ROMs, videotapes, or DVDs will be replaced with SAME TITLE ONLY. Replacement merchandise will not be sent until the damaged/defective item is returned.
Free U.S. Shipping for orders of $100 or more. $6.95 Standard Flat Rate Shipping in the U.S. for orders under $100.
Standard flat fee shipping for destinations within the continental U.S. are $6.95 per shipping address. Orders will arrive within 3-10 business days for most in-stock purchases. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
International shipping is available via UPS or USPS. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Delivery time is between 2-6 weeks and varies based on location. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Oversize items will incur a shipping surcharge.
Orders shipped to California address will incur 9.5% sales tax. Orders shipped outside California ship sales tax free.
LA Phil Subscribers receive a 10% discount on purchases.
