The Bowl Store opens one hour before gate time on concert nights, closes during concerts, and reopens for up to 30 minutes after the show.

Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.50 per order.

We currently only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship orders internationally or accept international payments at this time.

Most in-stock orders arrive within 1–6 business days after processing.

Yes. Store pickup for online orders is free.

Select your preferred store pickup location at checkout. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.

Yes. Please call the LA Phil Store at (213) 972-3440 or the Bowl Store at (323) 850-2085 when you're outside to request curbside pickup.

Please note that pickups are only available during business hours.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us at store@laphil.org or (213) 972-3440 to arrange an alternate delivery method. Please note that you will be required to pay our flat-rate shipping fee if you would like your order shipped.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if an item is damaged or defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email store@laphil.org.

If an item is damaged or defective, it can be exchanged for the same item only, or returned for a refund.

Other returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.

Yes. Sale and clearance items, as well as opened CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and LPs, are not eligible for refunds or returns. If an opened item is defective or damaged, it may be exchanged for the same title only.

We will arrange for the return, replacement, or refund of merchandise that arrived damaged or defective.

Opened CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and LPs that are damaged or defective will be replaced with the same title only.

To cancel an online order, please email store@laphil.org as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed.

Yes. Current LA Phil subscribers receive 10% off purchases, with some exclusions, such as sale items.

To receive your subscriber discount online, create an account and select “Yes” when asked if you are a current subscriber. Enter your subscriber number when prompted.

Once your subscriber information has been added, your 10% discount will automatically be applied to eligible orders when you are logged in to your LA Phil Store account.

Orders shipped to California will incur a 9.75% sales tax or the applicable local sales tax.
