THE BOWL STORE HOURS
The Bowl Store opens at 4 p.m. on concert nights, closes during the concert, and reopens after the show.
Masks are strongly recommended but are no longer required indoors.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in the form or your original payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. The product must be in its original product packaging and in salable condition. For more information, see our Returns page.
DAMAGED ITEM
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the LA Phil Store immediately, store@laphil.org or 213-972-3440. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of items that were either defective or damaged. Open CDs, CD-ROMs, videotapes, or DVDs will be replaced with SAME TITLE ONLY. Replacement merchandise will not be sent until the damaged or defective item is returned.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
$6.95 Standard Flat Rate Shipping.
Standard flat fee shipping for destinations within the continental U.S. is $6.95 per shipping address. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and will arrive within 2–6 business days for most in-stock purchases.
LA Phil Store will choose the best shipping method for orders with standard flat rate and free shipping. This includes UPS, UPS Ground Saver, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or USPS Media Mail. If you need to specify a delivery method or require faster shipping, please select one of our expedited shipping services offered at checkout.
Pre-orders will ship as soon as they are available.
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup for online orders is free. You can select your store pickup date and store location at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for pickup. If for any reason you are unable to pickup your order or wish to change the date, please contact us: store@laphil.org or 213-972-3440.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to California will incur a 9.5% sales tax or local sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to applicable local or state sales tax.
SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION
LA Phil Subscribers receive a 10% discount on purchases. To receive your subscriber discount on merchandise, create an account.
Be sure to select "Yes" to the question asking if you're a current subscriber and enter your subscriber number. Once this is complete, you will automatically receive your 10% discount on all orders when you're logged in to your account on the store website.
LA PHIL GIFT CARDS
LA Phil Gift Cards are an accepted payment method for in-store and online purchases. You can enter the gift card as a credit card payment at checkout. The account numbers can be found on the back of the card. Only one gift card is accepted per online order. Split payments are accepted for in-store purchases.
