Standard flat-rate shipping costs $8.50 per order, and we only ship within the US at this time. Most orders arrive within 1-6 business days of being processed.

The LA Phil Store will choose the best shipping method for orders with flat-rate and free shipping. This includes UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Media Mail. If you need to specify a delivery method or require faster shipping, please select one of our expedited shipping options at checkout. Please keep in mind that we require up to five business days to process orders regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout, and that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Please refer to product pages for preorder shipping estimates. Please note that other items from your order will ship together with preordered items once they become available.

We are unable to ship orders internationally at this time, nor are we able to accept international payments.

Store pickup for online orders is free. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before visiting the store to collect your order.
