You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if an item is damaged or defective. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at store@laphil.org.

REFUNDS
Customers are not responsible for exchange shipping costs for damaged or defective items. Shipping charges may apply to other exchanges and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.

Returned merchandise that is not damaged or defective must be in new, resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.

Sale and clearance items, as well as opened CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and LPs, are not eligible for refunds or returns. If an opened item is damaged or defective, it may be exchanged for the same title only.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as possible at store@laphil.org or (213) 972-3440 if your order arrives damaged or defective. We will arrange for the return, replacement, or refund of the merchandise.

Opened CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and LPs that are damaged or defective will be replaced with the same title only.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order is incomplete or you received an item you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will make the necessary arrangements to correct your order.
